The Human Heart and the Body as Major Dream Gates: What is a dream anyway, and how is the heart a dreamer?

In this workshop we continue our new series on Shamanic Dreaming and the creation and location of active dream gates by exploring the embodied heart from the point of view of dreaming. We shall see exactly how the heart is a dreamer, receiving healing, guiding and visionary dreams from the Heart of the Cosmos and the body and Earth. We will experientially explore how the human heart’s navigational system is continually trying to help us dream a life and sacred purpose we deeply desire into being. This is ancient wisdom drawn from Andean and Toltec wisdom traditions, synthesized with modern depth psychology and dream research, and updated to make it highly useful in our time and place.
The workshop provides basic shamanic wisdom on the heart and dreaming for those in APPRENTICE 1, and those beginning to explore shamanism and dreaming. It offers a deepening of our dream work and skill sets and shamanic counseling tools for APPRENTICE 2 that support the powerful dream-healing ceremony of Sacred Breathwork ™. Apprentice level 3 participants will have opportunity to share in facilitation and processing, while deepening their knowledge of the heart as a dreamer, and how the human heart is affected by, and uses non ordinary states, such as those produced in our Sacred Breathwork ™ ceremonies, and other sacred technologies, such as with plant teachers.
