DOCTORING THE SOUL: Jungian and Shamanic Perspectives
Saturday Oct 21st, 2017
In this workshop we will receive an introduction to active imagination and the classic shamanic journey, their similarities and important differences. We will lay the foundation with basic shamanic journeywork, for the more advanced soul healing and soul recovery methods to be taught during the course of this 2 year series.
This day long workshop is open to new persons as well as those who began with the September weekend launch. I will work with each person where they currently are in their knowledge and skill-sets of shamanic journeying, including those just beginning. We will stress the foundational importance of obtaining your Guardian Spirit, as foundational to your own health, and the health of your clients, as a kind of axis around which so much well functioning journeywork turns.
Bring your mesas, eye cover, drum or rattle, and a light bag lunch and your favorite beverage.
A really full stomach is not good for this kind of journey work. A little bit of fasting is best.
Where: Crows Nest Center for Shamanic Studies
When: Saturday, October 21st, 2017 from 9:AM until 4:PM
