DOCTORING THE SOUL: Jungian and Shamanic Perspectives
Saturday December 2, 2017
In this workshop we will receive an introduction to active imagination and the classic shamanic journey, their similarities and important differences. We will lay the foundation with basic shamanic journeywork, for the more advanced soul healing and soul recovery methods to be taught during the course of this 2 year series.
This day long workshop will work with each person where they currently are in their knowledge and skill-sets of shamanic journeying, including those just beginning. Building on the foundational importance of having obtained your Guardian Spirit, and having established a Safe Place, we will be further mapping the shamans visionary cosmos, and develop the shaman’s tools, so we can move towards the Archetypal Journeys for activating the potentialities and creative powers in the client and help bring them forth, to help our clients get cooking on all burners, so they can carry their own Gift or Medicine into the world.
Bring your mesas, eye cover, drum or rattle, and a light bag lunch and your favorite beverage.
A really full stomach is not good for this kind of journey work. A little bit of fasting is best.
Where: Crows Nest Center for Shamanic Studies
