This workshop continues to explore the bodily felt-sense and the heart’s navigational system [NGS] as sources of how the body dreams. We will review the principles of the last workshop and deepen them into skill sets for deepening our relationship to the Gaian Mind and the building of Felt-Community at Crows Nest, a naturally arising, self-organizing community. We will explore how making shifts in our language from identification to the language of presence is liberating and allows us to be with, rather than identify with, project, or suppress. Mikkal will correlate these skills sets with recent neuroscience research on the Default Mode Network (DMN) and how to get outside this self-referencing (egoic) network through skillful work with felt sense and the NGS. We will work in dyads, as well as form a community circle on Saturday using the language of presence to share.
We will also have breakout sessions on the S. Manitou Island Vision Quest and Wounded Healer School 2015, with Jeff Nixa, and painting henna designs on our drums with Cheri-Carpenter Lundstrom, and the possibility of a breakout session on Gender with Sam Bullington, and Sacred Breathwork Session I, all on Saturday, and one Sunday morning the possibility of a community Dream Theatre, with Susan Pound, before Sacred Breathwork II on Sunday morning.
It is going to be a deliciously packed weekend.
