Two 1-Day Workshops at Crows Nest Center for Shamanic Studies ON THE ARCHETYPE OF YOU AND SACRED BREATHWORK, with mask painting.

Come spend a day with us at Crows Nest Center for Shamanic Studies USA where we will be doing deep Self – exploration and healing using the shamanic journey practice and the Sacred Breathwork Ceremony.
A free public sweat lodge will be offered early in the morning. For that you will need to be at Crows Nest by 6am. Some may wish to come the night before and spread a sleeping bag out in the Medicine Lodge, or pitch a tent.
Schedule:
- 7 AM Sweat Lodge Begins with Robert Wagner
- 9 AM Calling in the Directions
- 9:15 AM Talk and Shamanic Journey on the Archetype of You
- 10 AM Sacred Breathwork and Mask Paining I
- 12:30 – 2PM Lunch Break I (for the first group of journeyers)
- 2PM – 4:30PM Sacred Breathwork, and Mask Painting II
- 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM Group Process and Closing Circle
Cost $175.00
What to bring: Comfortable, loose fitting g cloths, drum or rattle, eye cover, a sleeping bag or yoga – mat to lay down on. Bring something to contribute for a meal.
